PBCE was founded in 2018 by Dean Raftopoulos and Clint Gendreau, who recognized a need for a higher level of customer care and workmanship in the demolition and abatement industry.
The company was created to fulfill that need in Southern Maine, and they were impactful from day one. Revenue has quadrupled since the first year, and IMPACT (formerly PBCE) now provides demolition and remediation services to some of the largest General Contractors and projects throughout New England.
