Front Street Brownfields Redevelopment

IMPACT Demolition & Remediation (formerly PBCE) was chosen as the site remediation, abatement and demolition contractor for this Brownfields redevelopment project spanning several city blocks.

IMPACT Demolition & Remediation began by removing hazmat materials from the existing housing units. All asbestos containing materials were then abated followed by the demolition and removal of all housing structures and foundations. Contaminated soils were then removed from the property and the finish grade was reestablished with clean fill prior to construction of the new housing units.
